FOCUS ON FACS
In this class, students will dive into the worlds of food and sewing. With the society we live in today, an education of healthy eating habits is very important, as well as learning the skills to mend and repair clothing. These and many other skills will be learned in this class. We will begin with the basics of both cooking and sewing: reading a recipe, kitchen tools, measuring techniques, cooking terms, and safety; sewing safety, hand sewing, sewing a button and finishing a project.
